This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions and defines what you must not do when using CortexForge at https://cortexforge.cloud, operated by RASTELITA UAB. You are responsible for whatever you generate — text, code, imagery, music, video — and for how you use it afterwards.

1. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Service to:

•    undertake, plan or promote activity that is unlawful under the laws of any jurisdiction involved;

•    create or process sexual content involving minors, or any material that sexualises or exploits persons under 18 — such cases are always reported to the competent authorities;

•    facilitate, plan or promote violence, terrorism, self-harm or the infliction of serious physical or psychological harm on any person;

•    harass, stalk, dox or threaten identifiable individuals, or produce content that promotes hatred or unlawful discrimination;

•    operate scams, phishing or social-engineering campaigns, forge documents, or impersonate real individuals, brands or public institutions;

•    generate deepfake video, cloned voices or otherwise manipulated media intended to mislead, defame or defraud, or intimate imagery of any real person without their explicit consent;

•    produce music, lyrics, images or code that infringe third-party copyright, trademarks, personality rights or trade secrets — including deliberate attempts to replicate a specific artist's recording, likeness or protected style;

•    distribute disinformation aimed at misleading the public or interfering with elections or other democratic processes;

•    develop malware, exploits, ransomware or offensive-security tooling, or use the API to intrude on, scrape, disrupt, degrade or overload any system, network or dataset;

•    distribute spam or bulk unsolicited communications, whether generated inside the tools or exported for delivery elsewhere;

•    process personal data belonging to other people through the Service in ways that breach applicable data protection law;

•    circumvent token metering, rate limits, quotas or security controls, or share accounts, API keys or free-tier allowances in order to bypass them;

•    use the Service, its Output or its API to build, train or improve a competing AI model, dataset or product;

•    feed Output directly into safety-critical or high-risk systems — medical, industrial, transport, law enforcement, financial gatekeeping and similar — without meaningful human review, appropriate testing and the regulatory approvals the domain requires.

2. Handle output with care

Review, edit, fact-check and — for code — properly test whatever the tools produce before relying on it or making it public. Do not assume that generated text is factually accurate, that generated images are free of third-party rights, that generated music does not resemble protected recordings, or that generated code is secure by default. Where the law, the platform on which you publish, or basic transparency toward your audience calls for it, disclose that content is AI-generated, and comply with the terms of any upstream model provider.

3. Enforcement

When a breach is credible or actively taking place, we may remove content, restrict features, revoke API keys, freeze tokens and suspend or terminate accounts — with or without prior notice, proportionate to the severity of the case — and serious matters are reported to the relevant authorities. We may review platform activity in order to keep CortexForge safe and lawful, but we are under no general obligation to monitor what users produce.
